I've spent my career in fields where precision and reliability aren't optional — they're the mission. Before becoming an appraiser, I served in the United States Air Force in Combat Communications, deploying infrastructure in environments where getting it wrong wasn't an option.
After the military, I worked in Verizon's Network Operations Center, monitoring and maintaining critical telecommunications systems. That background — attention to detail, systematic analysis, clear communication under pressure — is exactly what I bring to every appraisal.
As a Washington State Certified Residential Appraiser, I specialize in non-lender work: PMI removal, divorce and dissolution, estate and trust, tax appeals, and pre-listing valuations. These are the assignments where accuracy directly affects real people's finances, and where an independent, defensible opinion of value matters most.
I know the Tri-Cities market. I've appraised properties across Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, and the surrounding areas. I understand the neighborhoods, the market dynamics, and the data — and I use that knowledge to produce reports that are thorough, accurate, and delivered on time.
All appraisals are prepared in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Washington State appraisal regulations. Every report is independently developed — I work for the accuracy of the value, never for a predetermined outcome.
